Road Impact Mitigation
The Calaveras County Road Impact Mitigation (RIM) Fee Program Ordinance and Resolution accompanying this nexus study were introduced by majority vote of the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors on January 23, 2004.
The Board of Supervisors voted to adopt the RIM Fee Program on February 2, 2004 by approving the RIM Fee Program Ordinance and Resolution as introduced. The Fee Program went into effect 30 days later on March 3 and the collection of RIM fees began 60 days later on April 2.
