The Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) is a document used by local governments throughout California to nominate transportation projects for funding under the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The RTIP covers a five-year programming period and includes projects involving highways, local roads, transit, and active transportation. CCOG is required to prepare and submit an updated RTIP to the California Transportation Commission every two years.
