Pavement Management System Update

The purpose of this effort is to provide for a comprehensive update of each jurisdiction’s Pavement Management System to support the prioritization and development of future pavement rehabilitation and improvement projects. This effort included condition surveys, pavement management system software updates, and development of a multi-year work plan and long-term funding analysis.

The County released a Request for Proposals (RFP) on December 12, 2018. Three proposals were received and reviewed by a panel made up of City, County, CCOG, and Caltrans staff. The panel reviewed, scored, and ranked the proposals based on the criteria listed in the RFP. Based on the committee’s review of proposals, NCE was the top ranked proposal and was awarded the contract at the March 6 CCOG Meeting.
